Oslo municipality, c/o Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV), henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a tender contest for the hiring of a communications consultant for the project Ny vannforsyning Oslo (NVO) [New Water Supply Oslo].
The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a contract with a provider to safeguard the role as a contract advisor TBM in the project.
Central tasks for the role are continuing the dialogue with affected neighbours and neighbourhoods, answer questions and assist in preparing information texts and presentations. See the attached description of the role for further information.
