Eesmärk
Bømlo, Stord, Fitjar and Kvinnherad Municipalities intend to enter into a contract with Sikri AS for the transition from Elements OnPrem to Elements Cloud. This is a revision and continuation of the current case and archive system for the mentioned municipalities, delivered in a new delivery model.
Bømlo, Stord, Fitjar, and Kvinnherad Municipalities have an existing contract with Sikri AS for the use of Elements on Prem. To be able to take advantage of the opportunities that lie in constant operation of the latest version, the municipality must change the delivery model. This means moving the system in the provider's cloud service.
