Eesmärk
Contract award in accordance with the National Regulations, FOR-2016-08-12-974, (The Public Procurement Regulations), § 30-4: The contracting authority is not obliged to comply with Part IV, except § 30-7, when entering into contracts for health and social services for individual users, provided that: a) it is not possible to conduct a fair tender contest without disclosing confidential information about the user, and b) the user disagree to disclose such information, or only agrees to disclose such information to one or several specific providers.
