Norad shall enter into a service agreement with one supplier for the purchase of subscriptions and related services within subscription management of Norwegian and foreign journals. We want a comprehensive offer that covers all the magazines; Norwegian and foreign journals and printed and electronic. The agreement does not apply to Norwegian newspapers.
