Eesmärk
Vestfold and Telemark County (Norwegian: VTFK) intends to enter into / extend an agreement with Atea AS regarding continued delivery of "Student's PCs, desktops and laptops, with accessories" limited to the period 01.09.2021-28.02.2022 on similar / previous terms.
The contract needs to be extended to 28.02.2021 as a new call for tenders is dependent on a political decision on how "Student's PCs" (PCs for students in the sixth form college education) are to be implemented / handled in VTFK from 2022.
The contracting authority has considered it inappropriate to carry out a tender contest for the delivery of PCs, desktops and laptops, with accessories, as the scope for such delivery in the mentioned period will be below the threshold value and at the same time entail a requirement for any new supplier for a customized e-Commerce solution for the County.
A new agreement for i.a. "Student's PCs" are planned to be entered into by the end of March 2022 and the need for "Student's PCs" for the school year 2022/23 will be covered through a new agreement.
