Eesmärk
Statens vegvesen (the Norwegian Public Roads Administration) plans to procure software with adaptations for reporting and analysis of toll traffic. The contract is twofold over an SSA-T for software with adaptations and an option for a SSA-V contract for four years of maintenance with the possibility for extension.
The system will be used by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and the Regional Toll Companies in order to support reporting and analysis for operations, budgeting and analysis. It is desired that the system should aggregate data to different levels of detail to support reporting and analysis of both routines and ad-hoc purposes. Due to its nature, the system and requirement specification will contain strict requirements concerning privacy, security and access management.
