KMD is responsible for distributing information on political regional and district efforts to various target groups. The Ministry would like to enter into a contract for editorial production, further development, and operation of a Norwegian internet portal on Interreg,
www.interreg.no.
As a starting point, the contract has an upper financial limit of NOK 450 000 a year, with the exception of 2021 when the limit is set to NOK 300 000. The contract will be valid from 1 August 2021 until 31 December 2025, i.e., 5 months and 4 years. The contract value is, thus, estimated to be NOK 2 100 000, excluding VAT in total.
The contract has an option for a further four - 4 - years (2 years + 2 years), and can have a total of 8 years and 5 months. The estimated total value including options is NOK 3 900 000, excluding VAT.
