Eesmärk
Sarpsborg municipality (hereafter called the contracting authority) invites suppliers to participate in a pre-qualification for a tender competition with negotiations in connection with the procurement of a platform for resident dialogue and relationship management.
Indre Østfold, Råde and Halden municipalities intend to enter into the contract.
The objective is to develop:
— a shared platform for digital services for the residents, businesses, and non-profit organisations,
— a shared platform for digital work processes among the municipal activities.
