Vestfold og Telemark County would like a framework agreement for waste management for all of the entities in the county. The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that will cover the contracting authority's need for sanitation services for business waste.
The framework agreement duration is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years, up to 1 year at a time. The total framework agreement period is 4 years.
