Business Finland is looking for sourcing partner in the USA, who is able to shortlist candidates for given positions. We are not looking for a partner to take care of the entire recruiting process, but merely sourcing the candidates. Potential candidates must be willing to consider relocating to Finland. The call for tenders is divided into two sections. The tenderers can provide their services for one section or for both of the sections. One Service provider is selected for both sections. The sections are:1.US Talent sourcing partner for gaming sector2.US Talent sourcing partner for technology sectorWe estimate that the amount of open positions is approximately 80 (estimate for section 1: 40 and for section 2: 40). Within this project, we are looking for 3 shortlisted candidates per open position. The project is expected to begin in April, 2021. The duration of the project is six (6) months. The scope of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 1 Procurement description.
