Eesmärk
The contract includes developing, implementation and reporting on a new customer satisfaction survey for the passenger transport market as well as an option on a customer satisfaction survey for the freight transport market. The contracting intends to carry out four (4) surveys per year during the agreement period for the passenger transport market.
The contract period is two (2) years with an option for one (1) + one (1) year extension for the Railway directorate.
