Eesmärk
Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet, (the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Directorate of Public Roads), hereafter called the Contracting Authority, needs assistance and consultancy services connected with the Contracting Authority's assignments with interface between management and political comprehension. The assistance will help the contracting authority to position themselves correctly in the landscape with regard to the administration's area of responsibility in the overall supplier picture, which includes the entire transport sector.
