Eesmärk
GKI — Grenlandskommunenes Innkjøpsenhet (the Contracting Authority) is carrying out procurements/framework agreements on behalf of GKI and six municipalities in Grenland: Skien, Porsgrunn, Bamble, Kragerø, Drangedal and Siljan 16 municipal and intermunicipal enterprises will also enter into the agreement from the start of the agreement period, or they shall have an option for entering into the agreement on a later date. The contract must cover our requirements for external assistance for the procurement area, including support related to the implementation of procurements when the capacity is missing in GKI's organisation.
