Eesmärk
The procurement concerns the contracting authority's need for housing services with 24-hour health and care services for two users who are mentally handicapped. One housing service is needed per person, since two independent contracts is to be signed for the two users. Interested tenderers can choose to deliver a partial tender for housing with care service for one user, or a joint tender for housing and services for both users. The housing services do not need to be located in the same place.
