Eesmärk
The Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation wants to initiate a project that summaries and analyses the work with and development of the Norwegian election surveys since its inception. The contractor must, among other things, illuminate how the topic in Norwegian voters surveys has developed over 60 years. The contract authority wants the contractor to discuss the Norwegian election research in a comparative European perspective.
The project shall result in an English-language publication, which must be completed by the end of March 2022. The contracting authority wants a smaller sub-publication in the form of a shorter article or similar, which can be published in advance of the Storting and Sami parliamentary elections on 13 September 2021.
