Justification for awarding a contract without a prior notice:
In July 2019, Telemark County signed a contract with Prio Infocenter AB (Urkund) (
www.urkund.com), for the delivery of a software solution for plagiarism control and MS Teams integration. The name of the solution: Urkund.
1 January 2020 Vestfold County and Telemark County merged to one new County, (henceforth referred to as ‘Vestfold and Telemark County’).
With this voluntary ex ante transparency notice we want to inform the market that we intend to enter into an extension of a contract with the company Prio Infocenter AB (Urkund) for plagiarism control/Urkund software solution, for a shorter period of up to 6 months from 1 August 2020.
