The establishment of the service, specified interface, operation, maintenance, administration and strategic cooperation with the selected provider. The contract also regulates related services for a digital case management platform and archive with associated support services as well as further development and additional purchases. The archive core must manage the business archives and ensure authentic and reliable management of received documentation and must be produced in accordance with the current Noark standard.
