The objective and scope of the contract:
The contest involves the delivery of new common equipment for isolation and propagation of primary cells/cell cultures under different Hypoxia in a closed system.
The value of the procurement is anticipated to 1 400 000 NOK excluding VAT. For further information refer to the procurement documents.
Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of the contract. The contracting authority shall have an option for an extension of the service contract.
Tax and VAT certificates
Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: requirement for certificate of paid VAT, tax and social security contribution. The certificate must not be more than six months old. This requirement only applies to Norwegian tenderers, cf. PPR §7-2.
This also applies to any sub-suppliers that are needed to fulfil the contract.
