The Norwegian Public Roads Administration's Division for Operation and maintenance requests tenders for consultancy services related to the initiation of work with developing the contract strategy for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration' operational contracts.
The objective of the contract is to provide assistance with knowledge collection as well as assistance with covering the function as a project secretary for the work with this assignment.
