Eesmärk
The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (henceforth referred to as the ‘contracting authority’) needs to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of different types of gas products to the laboratories. The objective is to enter into an agreement that complies with requirements related to quality and purity, as well as dry ice products. At the same time, the Contracting Authority requires the ‘Gas Round’ service and, as an option, service on the contracting authority's gas distribution installations for CO2 that supply 3 laboratories.
