Eesmärk
The purpose of the procurement is to ensure access to sufficient capacity and relevant competence in the area of ICT operation. The procurement will cover access to consultants who will carry out their work either hourly under the client's management and control, or on assignments specified by the client where the supplier is responsible for an independent final result.
