Eesmärk
The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the requirement for collection, transport and treatment of milled wood from Bingsa Gjenvinning AS. The customer wants most of the milled wood to be transported to an approved treatment plant for material recovery. The remaining quantities shall be transported to an approved incineration plant for energy recovery.
