Eesmärk
Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice for the agreement between the Centre for Digital Life Norway (University of Oslo) and Faugert & Co Utvärdering AB/Technopolis Group, for the deliverance of a pre-project for the NRC-funded project ‘A road map for academic research-intensive innovation’. The pre-project is a research and development services contract cf. the Norwegian Public Procurement Regulation § 2-5.
In short, the pre-project aims to identify how research findings to a larger degree than today, can be transformed to or used in creating actual products and services of social value. See the attachments for more information.
