Eesmärk
The objective of the tender contest is to enter a parallel framework agreement for assignments included in the regulations for safety administration of the road infrastructure (the Road Safety Regulations) §3 – 6.
Individual risk analyses could also be required in order to ensure traffic safety when choosing new solutions, deviations from normal requirements, quality checks and risk analyses as a part of safety certification of tunnels, etc.
The framework agreements include all development areas included in the contracting authority's portfolio, including E6 Trøndelag, E6 the Mjøsa region, E18 Landgangen-Grimstad and E39 Kristiansand-Sandnes, as well as individual assignments for the head office in Kristiansand.
In order to ensure the Road Safety Regulations' requirements for impartiality as described in the Road Safety Regulations' §8, it is important that the contracting authority is establishing parallel contracts with an adequate number of relevant contractors.
