Finn Church Aid (FCA) is looking for a Consultant/Consultancy for conducting the Central African Republic Country Programme evaluation. The purpose of the country programme evaluation is to improve the quality of the work for accountability purposes and for lessons learning within FCA and its stakeholders. The Central African Republic Country Programme evaluation is now conducted for the first time since its establishment in 2013. FCA has self-implemented projects from the beginning of its presence in CAR. FCA introduced a new global strategy in 2017 and the multi-annual global programme covering the period 2018-2023, was introduced in 2018. These developments constitute a favorable moment to conduct the CAR CP evaluation. For more information and instructions, see Terms of References in annexes.
