Eesmärk
Universitetet i Oslo, Institutt for eksperimentell medisinsk forskning [the University of Oslo, the Institute for Experimental Medical Research], will procure a cell sorter that will primarily be used for sorting of heart cell population, such as cardiomyocytes and fibroblasts. As the fibroblasts are relatively large, as well as sensitive to mechanical stress, it is challenging to sort this cell type, and the equipment must therefore meet specific requirements.
