Eesmärk
The Norwegian Coastal Administration would like to procure a crane suspended/crane operated adhesion band skimmer that is specially adapted to operations in very cold weather where icing and stoppages due to cold weather are a normal problem. The main function of the system is the collection of light and medium viscous oil at sea and between ice floes. The procured system must be a ready developed and tested product/system, and ready for delivery with the requested functionality.
