The purpose of this Invitation to tender is to request tender on technical assistance service for implementation of Participatory Plantation Forestry Programme Phase II (PFP 2). The programme will be implemented in cooperation with the Tanzanian Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism (MNRT). The estimated maximum value of the contract: 10,040,000 euros (VAT excluded) including fees (maximum of 2,338,500 euros) and reimbursable costs and an option of 700,000 euros.
