The procurement aims to purchase personal learning innovative solutions and service for 6 000 K-12 students in 3 European countries (Finland, Italy, Portugal) corresponding to a purchase volume of one million euro (1 000 000 EUR) that address the following challenge:
— the demand and need of personalized learning is increasing with an average scenario of 1 teacher per 23 students in the European classrooms. How can smart and intuitive personal learning technology support teachers and students to achieve improved learning results and at the same save resources and time for the municipalities. To best explore the market, ‘Open Market Consultations’ will be organized early and managed withing the framework of the H2020 EU funded project
