Sporveien's workshop at Ryen maintains components for both trams and underground trains.
The need for treating the surface on components during maintenance is increasing, and a complete and ready for use facility will therefore be procured so that this work can be done in-house. The components that are to be varnished will vary in size. Most will consist of small parts, but there will also be some larger components, the largest being a bogie.
The facility must include both varnishing installations, sand blowing installations and preparation zones, everything that is required for a production-ready system that fulfils all the authority requirements and Sporveien's internal requirements for good HMS and work flow.
The facility will be in a planned extension to an existing workshop.
There will be 1 procurement for both the varnishing and sand blowing installations, but tenderers are free to offer 1 or both of the installations.
