The Contracting Authority has a significant number of properties in the counties of Nordland, Troms and Finnmark. The properties that the Contracting Authority owns are vacant sites zoned for different purposes, business properties (traffic stations and inspection stations), residence properties and leisure properties. Properties that the Contracting Authority leases are primarily business properties (office buildings and traffic stations).
The objective of the procurement is to dispose of, lease out and sublease properties in a professional and efficient manner.
