Building automation.
The contracting authority owns and operates a large building, which includes many technical installations, which are mainly controlled through a central plant. There are boards and automation equipment for various purposes in the technical installations, and some of the equipment/components (material) is old and will require repairs and/or replacement. Tenderers must be able to deliver new components and install it, offer repairs and service where appropriate, and also engineer and install new boards where required.
