Eesmärk
This a an ex-ante voluntary notice in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §§13-4 b (2) and 21-5. A market survey was conducted for this procurement, in which only one relevant supplier was found that could deliver equipment that fulfils the contracting authority's needs. We therefore believe that a lack of equivalent technical systems in the market makes it unnecessary to hold a tender contest. If, however, there is alternative equipment that fulfils our requirements, this notice gives the supplier market the opportunity to make us aware of it. If no information on relevant alternatives is received during the waiting period, we will enter into a contract with FUJIFILM VisualSonics Inc.
