The Contracting Authority for the contract is Moss municipality (organisation No. 944 383 476) and Rygge municipality (organisation No. 959 272 492). Moss municipality is responsible for the procurement process. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement for the procurement of water meters for Moss and Rygge municipalities.
