Verdal Municipality invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the procurement of an interaction contractor for a preliminary project, detailed project and the construction of a new residential and treatment centre in Verdal. The building will include 132 institution places, activity and service functions and a production kitchen. The building will have approx. 13 000 m
