Eesmärk
The Contracting Authority has received tenders for consultancy services regarding follow-up and preparing reports from different field activities related to winter operations on roads. The contract includes testing of different winter operation equipment and methods for sanding and gritting, as well as testing tyres on passenger cars and heavy vehicles.
