The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA) consider to carry out a competitive procedure in order to enter into an agreement to meet the need for a managed VSAT service in the foreign service. In connection with the planning phase, we therefore request the market for input that can contribute to a successful competition.
