Measurements carried out by the Working Environment Department in the area around the cupboard in operation show a noise level of 54.0 dB. This is very important as the system shall be placed in a work room close to the users. This is based on Biomerieux Norge AS being the only supplier that can provide the delivery, due to technical reasons. The terms in the PPR § 13-4 (2) and 13-3 (1) are considered to be fulfilled. The procurement's value includes the procurement of equipment specific consumables for as long as the instrument is in use, as well as the value of a full service contract for the instrument's lifetime.
