‘The Financial plan for 2016-2019’ was approved by the Municipal Council of Fræna 14.12.2015, case no 98/2015.
The financial plan has set aside findings for the expansion of Jendem School. Fræna municipality is, in connection with this, inviting tenderers to participate in a tender contest for architectural services, with engineering design, for the expansion of Jendem School.
Fræna municipality wishes to enter into a contract with an architect/designer who shall be responsible for:
— Design;
— Engineering design;
— Preparation of tender documents, based on NS 3420;
— Implementation of the tender process;
— Be the responsible building applicant;
— Follow up in the construction period.
Fræna municipality's, f.a.o the Result Unit Technical Operations and Facilities is responsible for the development and is the Contracting Authority on behalf of Fræna Municipal Council. The Result Unit Technical Operations and Facilities shall be the contact point and have close dialogues with the architect/designer during the design of the school, both indoor and outdoor. The Result unit Technical Operations and Facilities also be a discussion partner in connection with selection of materials, technical solutions and colours.
The contract for architectural services/engineering design will be in accordance with NS 8401.
