The procurement circle is a cooperation between several municipalities in Finnmark, Troms and Nordland. 11 municipalities in Finnmark and Troms invites to an open tender contest for procurement of office supplies.
The framework agreement period is three years.

2019 Nordkapp municipality.
2020 Porsanger municipality.
2021 Kárásjoga gielda/Karasjok municipality.
2023 Gamvik municipality.
2025 Deanu gielda/Tana municipality.
2027 Unjargga gielda/Nesseby municipality.
2030 Sør-Varanger municipality.
1923 Salangen municipality.
It is emphasised that the tender shall be in accordance with instructions described in this document. Incomplete tenders or tenders containing reservations, errors or imprecision are rejected if they raise questions on how the tender shall be appraised. Derogation from the tender documents shall be described in a precise and clear manner.
This shall be done electronically in Mercell by choosing the tab 'Gi tilbud' and then the button 'Jeg ønsker å tilby', possibly 'Jeg ønsker ikke å tilby'. This is meant as an indicator, only, for whether or not the purchaser can expect a tender from the tenderer. The tenderer does not bind himself as a supplier by verifying that he wishes to submit tenders. It is requested that the tenderer verifies that he wishes to submit tenders as soon as possible.
All communication regarding the process shall be through the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no The reason for this is that all communication shall be logged. Chose the tab 'Kommunikasjon' when the relevant contest site is entered into.
Then chose the symbol 'Ny melding'. Provide information to the Awarding Authority and type enter. The Awarding Authority will then receive the message.
If the question applies for all tenderers, the Awarding Authority will answer anonymously by adding the answer to additional information.
Additional information is available under the tab 'Forespørsel' and then under the sub-tab 'Tilleggsinformasjon'. The tenderer will also receive an e-mail with link to the additional information.
