The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is responsible for ICT user support to own and the Petroleum Safety Authority's employees and requires resources for handling the internal user support. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a 1 year agreement with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1 year + 1 year + 1 year prolongation. Estimated annual contract value is 3 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
The user support shall be conducted during the Awarding Authority's office hours, from 08:00 to 15:45 (winter season) and from 08:00 to 15:00 (summer season). Start of contract is requested from summer 2013. See the tender documents for further description.
