OED would like, in connection with obtaining knowledge on the affects of petroleum activities in the north eastern Norwegian Sea, as well as the impact assessments of affects of petroleum activities in the south eastern Barents Sea and the sea areas around Jan Mayen, to enter into a contract for the affects of regulated emissions to sea for petroleum activities in these areas.
