The contract for a project manager is linked to a future partnering contract that includes the renovation of the City Hall in Oslo's tower, windows and the repair and cleaning of tower facades.
The contracting authority shall carry out a tender contest for an external project manager for assistance in safeguarding contractual conditions in the partnering contract. The project manager represents the City Hall's administrative service and the agency's interests, acts on behalf of the agency throughout the project until completion.
