Framework agreement for architect services. The contracting authority wants a contract with tenderers who can deliver architectural services for construction (ARK) and landscape (LARK).
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 1,200,000 excluding VAT per year in the last two years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Estimated annual volume: NOK 1 million - NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT. The estimate is non binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value of the contract, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 10 million excluding VAT.
