The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer within tyres and tyre storage services, that has sufficient knowledge, capacity, and proximity for quick deliveries of what the contracting authority needs during the contract period. It is important for the contracting authority that customers are offered tyres that give good and stable handling, low rolling resistance, the lowest possible impact on the environment, and are otherwise very suitable for their purpose.
