Queue and appointment booking system for the Norwegian Police Immigration Service

Foreign citizens applying for residence in Norway will, during the case processing process, need to appear physically at the police station. The police immigration service needs a system for organising queue and appointment booking for such visits. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of a fully operational SaaS system for queue and appointment booking for use by the immigration service. As an option in the contract, a queue and appointment booking system for passport and ID management, as well as the other services offered to the public by the police, can also be procured. A more detailed description of the purpose of the procurement is provided in Annex 1.
