Short description
Foreign citizens applying for residence in Norway will, during the case processing process, need to appear physically at the police station. The police immigration service needs a system for organising queue and appointment booking for such visits.
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of a fully operational SaaS system for queue and appointment booking for use by the immigration service.
As an option in the contract, a queue and appointment booking system for passport and ID management, as well as the other services offered to the public by the police, can also be procured.
