Technical description of the
subject of the supply
| - The new pump is connected to the existing pipelines.
- The supply of the pump includes the supply the following elements of the pump units:
- Thermosiphon of the face seal (tank, tank piping, pressure sensitive element of the sealing liquid, level gage of the sealing liquid, temperature sensor of the sealing liquid, section isolation valves of the tank. Level, pressure and temperature sensors must be able to be connected with the subsequent signal output to the pump control panel).
- Pump electric motor.
- Pump frame
- Vibration sensor of the bearing joint of the pumps with a mating encoder cable (L=5м).
- The quotation should be completed according to the table (Appendix 2), the delivery time should be specified.
- The following documentation should be attached to the delivery of the pump:
- 1. The pump operating manual (English/Russian).
- 2. The pump maintenance schedule (English/Russian).
- 3. The record of testing of the hydraulic pump reading
- 4.The table of minimum flows depending on speed of the pump (Appendix 3).
- 5. The drawing of the pump, the drawing of the face seal (with feeding of the sealing liquid into the gland pocket) with numbering and names of the parts.
- 6. Part List for ordering the pump spare parts.
- 7. Part List for ordering the face seal spare parts
- 8. The operating manual for monitoring of the pump protection systems (control systems: level, pressure, vibration, temperature sensors).
- 9. ATEX certificate.
- 5. A plate (mat. AISI 304) with the main characteristics of the pump must be mounted on the pump.

| The purchase will be made from a company that provides an offer for the supply of the pump in accordance with the technical conditions and the most economically profitable offer.

The Procurer has the right to conduct additional negotiations with the two best bidders.
The Procurer reserves the right to change the scope of work or to reject all bids.
