Luminor Bank: RFP for Network leased lines (VPN L2, MPLS)

Luminor Bank in Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia (hereinafter Luminor) organizes a tender for network leased lines.  
There's need to establish 2 new leased lines (VPN L2, MPLS) between Luminor LV data center and Nordea PL data center (primary and backup line).

Detailed specification please find attached is section Files. 
Expected product delivery date: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Expected duration of services: ~1 year (till Q4'19 )
