The competition concerns a contract for the delivery of a parking solution for the Contracting Authority's four car parks plus an option for the delivery of a parking solution to Sørlandet sykehus (Sørlandet Hospital) in Arendal. The objective of the procurement is to meet the requirements in “Regulation for parking conditions for the public and enforcement of private parking rules”, Parkeringsforskriftens (Parking Regulation) §32 4.
